Emma's Bedroom Reveal
Last spring I started redecorating Emma's room. There are still a few finishing touches I would like to add, but I thought I would share the progress so far....
When it came time to paint there was no question what color this 4 year old girl wanted.... pink, pink, pink! Pink can be a tricky color to pick out, but I absolutely adore the shade we chose. It is Powder Blush by Benjamin Moore. It is the perfect "little girl pink", not too bright and not too bubblegum.
above her bed!
and glass knobs...
The rest of her room is filled with lots of little handmade details like her
I love the floral print on the front and the stripes on the back.
I had these small square frames laying around for a while. I spray painted 4 of them antique white then covered the others with fabrics from the Riley Blake "Marguerite" line.
In this small skinny place between the two doors, I hung these four little applique pictures that I made for Emma while I was pregnant.
And no little girl's room is complete without a chandelier....
And just for fun, here are the before and after shots...
